We have initiated a new fundraising Campaign to acquire our Second Heart House! Together, we can make it happen, Brick by Brick!

We are dedicated to the ongoing development of the Eleanor Grace Memorial Foundation, as we firmly believe in the transformative power of family support on newborn babies facing the challenges of CHD.  By continuing to expand our reach and enhance our services, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of these families, ensuring that they can focus on what truly matters – the well-being of their newborn babies.
