In support of our mission, we collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, community partners and volunteers to ensure that our Heart House is as comfortable and convenient as it can be for our guests.  We actively engage in fundraising initiatives, pursue grants, and rely on the kindness of individuals and organizations to sustain our operations and expand our capacity to serve families.
