Cardiac Neurodevelopment Outcome Collaborative (CNOC)
[/ux_text]In September, 2024, the Heart House was thrilled to host a fantastic group of families at our temporary rental property, making it possible for them to attend the CNOC conference at Children’s Hospital. Seven people with congenital heart disease and family members were able to attend the conference without the added cost of lodging. People who stayed in the house came from Delaware, Illinois, Wisconsin, Utah, and as far away as Australia.
We were so proud to sponsor this amazing event, which brings together cardiologists, psychologists, neurologists, patients and families to collaborate on improving neurological, psychological and social outcomes for kids with CHD.
